Breakfast at The Seymour House...
A FULL, GOURMET BREAKFAST IS SERVED EVERY DAY... NOT JUST WEEKENDS!

Here is a recipe that guests love at The Seymour House:
16 slices white bread
1 lb. shredded
1 lb Pork Sausage
2 cups milk
salt to taste
Remove the crust from the bread and cut into 1" squares. In 9" X 13" baking dish layer the bread and cheese alternating layers. Fry the sausage in a fry pan and use as the final layer over the bread and cheese. Mix the eggs, milk and salt and beat.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread, cheese and sausage layers. Cover and refrigerate the entire mixture overnight.
Bake in a 350 degree oven 45 - 50 minutes, place a water bath on the lower shelf of the oven.
A knife should come away clean when the souffle is done. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
