We’ve started to tap our Maple trees, so I know spring is on the way. The daffodils are pushing up through the snow. Thank goodness they are so hardy. I’m starting to think about what flowers I will add to our flower gardens. Mike and I are planning on expanding our herb garden this year. We are almost ready for St. Patrick’s Day. Mike has a beautiful beef brisket that we are corning. We use Julia Child’s recipe and it always turns out great. I am ready for an Irish Boiled dinner for Sunday.
