Hi everyone its Patty froem the Seymour House. Hope you had a great holiday season and happy New Year. We had a fun New Years party with our guests.This week I,m starting to prepar for the season making applesauce and jams. We froze the berries and apples during last season so the hard part is done,the peeling etc. Its snowing right now so the property looks so pretty especialy if your inside looking out with the fireplace on.I am also planning our Valentines weekend special.  We will have chocolate truffles in all the rooms and will have a hors-d'oeuvres event on Saterday afternoon.
